ABOUT JANINE

Janine Reimen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in private practice for over 20 years. She views the psyche as  a way to wholeness and authenticity. She has enhanced her clinical work with a Jungian approach, trauma therapy and a psycho-spiritual dimension.

She is a long time meditator who has studied for the past 20 years with an internationally recognized master of the psycho-spiritual dynamics of the subtle energy centers (chakras) as well as the spiritual universality inherent in all beings.

Janine specializes in life's transitions as unfufilled relationships due to lack of self awareness.  She has supervised therapists for many years about family conflicts and adolescents behaviors. She has led workshops and trainings about adolescent development and life's transitions such as "Empty Nest Syndrome". Her work has been mentioned in the New Yorker Magazine.
